There’s already an existing feature suggestion asking for an option to select all/some items of a playlist and add them to a collection. I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to avoid distracting/dispersing votes.
Unless I’m missing some unique aspect of your suggestion, I’ll close it as a duplicate.
