Convert WD-live movies data / Thumbgen to Plex

Hey, 

I'm new to Plex and trying to get my movies matadata to work with Plex. 

My format saved as .tgmd .jpg .xml .srt but it seems that in the first time I added the library to Plex it didn't use the local information to process the data, and I have a lot missing. 

Is there anyway I can convert my old data to Plex format, or have Plex read it?

Thanks! 

That did bring me one step close. I don't have nfo file, but tgmd files. I know they actually contain the nfo file, but couldnt figure out a way to extract them. Do you have any idea how to do it?
