Copies of movies in different folders show up on deck

I have multiple libraries with the same movie in multiple libraries. For example, I have Star Wars in ‘HD Movies’ which is the Blu-ray version, and Star Wars in ‘VHS Movies’ that’s a VHS rip on my LG TV and Asus Nexus Player.

When I stop watching one of them and save it for later, my On Deck (and continue watching section on consoles/apps) has multiple Star Wars showing instead of one. This happens with any movie that has another version in another library (say a fan edit of Terminator 3 in fanedits, and Terminator 3 in HD Movies).

This is intended. It’s so that you can switch viewing between the different versions. Say you start at home so you watch the HD version. You then go somewhere so you need to use a public WiFi or your mobile device, so you can switch to the SD version. You then get home and you want to watch in 3D (you didn’t list 3D, but it’s just an example). Some people like this feature, some don’t. If you don’t, there is no way to turn it off.
