Copy large collection to PLEX on MyCloud?

Hello,
I am looking for guidance on the best way to add a large collection to a newly installed PLEX Server on a new WD MyCloud?

It seems adding them through the My Cloud Home web is a bit cumbersome. I thought I would use Carbon Copy Cloner to copy the whole thing, but wondered how to mount the PLEX Media library so CCC will see it?

Also, once mounted, I assume it will be all right to copy mthe entire library over, even though it is in sub folders such as features by decade, animated features, tv series, documentaries, etc.
