Copying files, posters, and metadata onto a server with no internet connection

Server Version#: Windows 1.32.4.7195
Player Version#: Web 4.108.0

I am reviving this old post to see if there are any new thoughts. I have a Windows Plex Server running in my home and I routinely stream from it and have invested a lot of time curating playlists, posters, and metadata for my content. It is connected to the internet.

Our family has a vacation cottage and I have an old Linux box up there so we can enjoy our movies and music. There is NO internet in this location. I would like to backup the files and content from my Windows server onto a portable drive and take the drive to the cottage and sync all the files, posters, and metadata.

What is the best way to accomplish a match between my Windows Server at home and the Linux server at the cottage?
