Is it possible to copy the watched/unwatched, view progress, ecc… from one user to another? Not from admin user to secondary user, but just another user.

There is no official way to do this. You could manually edit your PMS database using SQL. If you’re not familiar with using SQL you could end up creating duplicates or messing something else up a corrupting your database.
It’s strange that Plex staff haven’t thought of an official export / import or something similar, it’s something that could be useful to many users in my opinion.
So none of this is saved online within the account?
I wanted to create a new user and share my libraries with him. what he would look at and his progress would be saved in my server and not in his online account, confirm this?
