Corrupt database - need to rebuild

Using WD PR4100 as my storage. One of the drives failed. Replaced over the weekend. Updated to newest version of plex. Now, having two issues. 1) a few files that were added right before the drive failure are getting Playback Error (Content is unavailable) errors and 2) I cannot get Plex to locate any new files added to the appropriate folders.

Looks like I have a corrupted database. How do I fix it? I was told to look for this but I can’t find it

The Plex website Articles are the user manual essentially. Here’s one:

Looking at your Plex Media Server.log
I can see the corruption yes. You could restore from backup maybe or repair.
I see you’re having trouble locating your directory structure. You can search
the articles for Western Digital.
