Corrupt Server Database

I tried moving my server from my legacy computer to my new one and had trouble with the server still pointing back to my old server, So I removed the server on my new comp and decided to start from scratch. When I try to download Plex Media Server onto the new computer, though, I am getting an error that says “Corrupt Media Database”, attached.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the application and database several times now to no avail. How might I circumvent this error?
