"Could not join at this time." error in Watch Together session

Hello.

Error happens when joining a Watch Together session, and when trying to create a few one followed by accessing the Home screen. Please advise, thank you.

Things tested (and observed):

  • Restarting the service on server
  • Watch Together session via browser and app (Windows)
  • Creating a new session using different video files
  • Server Logs do not appear to output anything when error is triggered

Server Version#: 1.29.2.6364
Player Version#: 4.87.2

I have the same issue, nothing interesting in the logs or chrome browser console.

Same issue here
I tried various combinations of clients and always get the same result
Not sure if it’s related, but I do see an error in the logs
ERROR (networking:196) - Error opening URL ‘http://resources-cdn.plexapp.com/hashes.json’

same here :slight_smile: cannot watch shows with friends at all.
