I had set up recording of all NFL football games, but on Sunday, I got error messages that said “ Could not move recorded media to destination.” Plenty of room on HDD (see screenshot). To be honest, I saw similar posts in the forums, but they were closed.

Was the NFL recording to be saved into the same library and folder path as the successful recording for ABC World News Tonight With David Muir (2014) - S2023E327 - ABC World News Tonight With David Muir which went into /Volumes/PLEX/DVR/ ?
There was no error for moving that recording . This recording completed Nov 21, 2023 16:00
Would need to see logs covering the time of the recording and subsequent post processing and the error when moving the recording file
Could you try another recording to the same path as the NFL recording and see if that fails in same way - capturing logs soon after

Yes, saved to /Volumes/PLEX/DVR. I have a separate folder for DVR TV shows and movies.
Yes it seems like it only failed to record the two football games.
I updated my Plex Media Server as suggested.
Also, I think I inadvertently removed some of my logs. I tried to do a search for a specific time period and it deleted some of them. Not sure what happened. I also tried to use time machine back up to locate the log files in ~/Library/Logs/Plex Media Server/, but for the most part time machine leaves a lot to be desired.
There haven’t been any errors since then, and I thought perhaps I restarted my computer or did something or other inadvertently on my computer that interrupted them, but I’m pretty certain I did not. I like to record the games in advance, so I can skip through the commercials when I watch it later. So while they were being recorded, I was for the most part, working in my garage.
The logs suggest the following Plex Media Server restart times

All the Plex Media Server logs were there in the zip you provided. We only have 6 log files for Plex Media Server.log by default and they cycle round - with oldest being Plex Media Server.5.log and most recent being Plex Media Server.log. This can be increased using server setting LogNumFiles - see Advanced, Hidden Server Settings | Plex Support
