Could not move recorded media to destination

Randomly I will get a TV show that does not record and the error is “Could not move recorded media to destination”. I do see posting on this although I never really see a solution that fits for me. I run Plex on a Windows 10 box and then the shows are stored on a Synology NAS. Note that before these shows and after I don’t have any issues. I use an admin account to connect to the NAS from Windows which has admin access over the folder. This is very random as sometimes I have no issues and other times I miss two of the 3. I know the series is back to back but I have not seen this with any other shows. Any ideas?

Recordings can be of two types: Movies or TV Shows.
So you must have libraries of both types which have a “writable” folder assigned to it, where the Plex server can store the recorded files.

Keep also in mind that the choice of library and folder is stored with the recording “task”.
If you’re re-shuffling the folders or libraries on your server, you should edit all your existing DVR recording jobs to verify that they still point to a valid library and path.

Correct, I have two folders, Movies, and TV Shows, but neither has changed in like 5 or 10 years :-). The drive letter in Windows 10 also stays the same. So I can check the recording for these shows, but again, nothing has changed on that front.
