Couldn't retrieve lyrics. Try again later

Server Version# 1.25.5.5492 :
Player Version# Nvidia Shield Plex App 8.30.0.30944:

When clicking on lyrics when playing an mp3 I just get “Couldn’t retrieve lyrics. Try again later”.

Does this work for anyone else? According to the support article there isn’t any requirements except a Plex pass and online connection, which I have.

Is this problem only for managed users or does it occur when switched to the Plex Pass owner user?
