Hello all,
I recently got a new firestick tv (the one with volume controls on the remote) and after installing plex and linking it to my account, the cover art for the media does not show up. The cast pictures do appear.
I’ve factory reset the firestick and reinstalled plex with the same result.
I have a Roku tv and the app on Roku shows the cover art normally.
Any ideas on how to get this fixed?
