I have a plex server located at a remote location. I do most of my plex viewing from home. My nvidia shield does not show any cover art for my library. I have a roku and a firestick and both of them work but not the shield. This is really driving me crazy. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this. I used to have my plex server locally and I didn’t have this problem. I have completely factory reset the shield and it did not make a difference
