I think I know the answer to this. But I want to confirm I have no choices here.
Cox Communications in Tulsa has finally seemed to jump into DRM land. Nearly all “paid” channels have gone to DRM tagging. Happened yesterday. Is there any way to get those channels to tune at this point?
You’re apparently out of luck as Plex doesn’t support encrypted channels (as per the live tv / dvr faq):

Channels encrypted or protected with DRM of any kind are not supported. Which channels are encrypted depends on the channel provider. Generally “premium” channels are always encrypted, but again it varies by provider.
I’m in the Phoenix area and just discovered the same thing. I was concerned that this was due to the change. My TiVo’s were compatible, but for some reason this device is not? That seems odd. I’ve posted in the Silicon Dust Forums as well. If I find anything further I’ll update this post.
