When trying to view Crackle content, I get errors.
Plex Web gives An error occurred loading items to play., with the console showing a 400 error trying to access POST https://play.provider.plex.tv/playQueues?type=video&extrasPrefixCount=0&uri=provider://tv.plex.provider.vod/library/metadata/5f2871b73ea1890042bb2276&repeat=0&own=1&includeChapters=1&includeMarkers=1&includeGeolocation=1&includeExternalMedia=1&X-Plex-Product=Plex Web&X-Plex-Version=4.34.4&X-Plex-Client-Identifier=<removed>&X-Plex-Platform=Firefox&X-Plex-Platform-Version=81.0&X-Plex-Sync-Version=2&X-Plex-Features=external-media,indirect-media&X-Plex-Model=bundled&X-Plex-Device=Windows&X-Plex-Device-Screen-Resolution=1920x1018,1920x1080&X-Plex-Token=<removed>&X-Plex-Language=en&X-Plex-Text-Format=plain&X-Plex-Provider-Version=1.3&X-Plex-Drm=widevine
Plex for XBox One reports The file associated with this item is not accessible by the server. Please verify that the file exists and the necessary drive is available.
I am in Canada, which may have an effect, but it seems to me if I’m geoblocked from accessing this content, I shouldn’t see it on my dashboard. Anyone else having this issue?
Crackle is US only. not sure why it would be showing up for you. Thanks for report.
