This is BEYOND frustrating! Is there a manager or someone that actually works for Plex that I can at least chat with? I have done everything asked and NOTHING! I now went and logged out and created a new account and paid for Plex pass and it still won’t find a server. It would be so much easier to speak with someone that works there! So frustrated!!
Otto has been very kind but nothing is working! I need a refund for both accounts I have paid for now because I sure as heck don’t think I am getting what I paid for!!
I can’t seem to send my logs. I have cleared all out of the local app data file and am currently trying to install using IE instead of chrome. Does chrome or ie look somewhere specific like a certain c drive or hard drive? I think I must be saved in those logins I have on chrome or why wouldn’t it look for the most recent path of the install?
Stop replying via email and use a web browser to post via the forums and use the inbuilt functionality to attach files. You have been told this over and over and continue to reply via email.

There are two parts to Plex, the Backend Server to serve the media and the Front End Player that clients connect to your backend server to stream the media…
