Crash CE-34878-0 on PS4

The PS4 app has been crashing with error code: Crash CE-34878-0. It doesn’t seem to happen all the time, but it happens quite a bit when it does start occurring. Media Player seems to work OK, but often gets desynced so I really prefer the app. Trouble shooting steps take so far

  • Uninstalled/reinstalled the app
  • Made sure the server is up to date
  • Power cycled all devices
  • Reinitialized my PS4

I was thinking of trying a selective startup. Anything else I can try?

I have the same issue. And this is the only app on my ps4 that comes up with any error codes. All other apps work with no issues. I have tried everything but reinitializing my Ps4 since it is only this app I have an issue with.
