Reading the forum I can see people do still have some issues with HW transcoding but mine was working perfectly up until about a month ago now I cant hardware transcode without plex crashing. I’m using a Windows 10 on a hp ProLiant ML10 Gen 9, Skylake Xeon processor it has 24gb of Ram and transcodes to the ram. uses intel onboard GPU. Please see the logs attached.
