I have a issue with the stability of the plex media server Version 1.13.1.5063.
I use hardware accelerated transcoding which normally works perfect but with a fe movies the Plex media server just crashes. And when I restart the Plex server and try to continue the movie it crashes again. Only disabling HW accelerated transcoding allows me to continue watching the movie.
The System is running windows 10 latest version and has a Intel Core i5 7400 and a AMD Radeon R5 435 Graphics card
I can upload the captured log files if need just let me know where to upload then
If you can upload the logs here, along with telling us the movie, day, and time the error occurred, that would be really useful!
the movie was played and started a few times causing the crashes between 21:15 and 21:27 on 21-05-2018

@gjna Just confirm are you running this headless, or as a service? If so, this is an issue we’re aware of and are looking into. For now, you can either not run it as a service, or not headless. 
I start plex MS automatic (windows startup folder) when logging, not as a service. I will workaround for as long as it is needed. Thanks for the info.
We are expecting these Intel h264_qsv encoder crashes to have been fixed by the ffmpeg update which has been released in Plex Media Server beta 1.17.0.1709-982421575
If not, please provide server logs after a crash
