Crashes when trying to start anything

Server Version#: 1.18.2.2058
Player Version#: different platforms

When a user tries to start a movie the plex server crashes. I updated the server last night after this started hoping it would stop. I was wrong.
My server is on win 10 1903 build. nothing has changed with that.
Can someone help me out?
