So I’ve got 2 servers with identical libraries. I just updated one and am waiting for credits detection to finish on it’s content. The marker source is set to ‘both, try online first’.
It says it will submit locally detected markers back to the online database. So in theory, all the media files on the first server will have had markers already available online, or it generated them and uploaded the markers.
Does this mean that if I wait until it is completely done on the first server to turn on credits detection on the other server, it will be able to download all markers from the online repository without having to scan a single item?
