Errors detecting credits

Plex seems to be stuck on detecting the credits for one of my shows. It’s set to do it during the scheduled tasks.

This is driving me crazy, I have no idea what’s the problem and it’s a constant burn on the server for no good reason.

Hi.

I’ve been using Claude AI to analyze the most recent logs, mostly Plex Media Server.log and Plex Media Server.1.log. And most importantly after the scheduled maintenance tasks have run.

It’s been very helpful, and for now I’ve disabled the credits detection because there seems to be a bug that might be causing the errors, but it shouldn’t affect you since you’re using Windows.

Give Claude a try, it might find the cause of your problem and find some more that you don’t even know.
