I gotta say, I like that On Deck will show me the progress of whatever I was watching last, but I’d really like to be able to put a custom list of shows on there, showing only if there are unwatched episodes. Has this been accomplished anywhere? Or do I have to do something janky like move items between folders on the backend to specify what shows there?

You can prevent entire libraries from showing up in:
On Deck and Recently Added
(Library List, under the dots, Edit, Advanced Section), but user pleas and begging for a more enhanced selection fall on the dreaded Deaf Ears that come installed on every single Plex Employee… unfortunately.
So… jank up the joint with some clever Library Creation - or deal with it the best you can.

Guess it’s time to just throw a new “library” into the system and symlink series on the existing libraries. Hopefully that works out kind of well.
