For the Plex Media Player an option to have custom screen savers that you can set to be random images from a folder or random videos from a folder would be great. As when using plex for a HTPC sometimes I like to just leave it on paused while I go sort something for half an hour and it would still look good in a living room as like the TV was show casing art.
Yes, please. I just switched over from PHT today on my HTPC and PMP looks terrible by comparison. And the most noticeable difference is the horrendous bouncing Plex logo instead of my old photo screensaver that my household used to love seeing.
Please community. Keep requesting photo screensavers, or like the requests!
It doesn’t feel right in my living room anymore not seeing random family photos.
It brings us all so much joy to see years past at random and our kids as tiny babies!

because of the missing photo-screensaver of Plex Media Player, I still use PHT / OpenPHT. However, since update 1.8 PMS, the apps mixes photos and fanart (probaly by wrong tagging throught PMS).

So, i like the new design of pmp but without photo screensaver, it is no option for me.
Please implement a photo screensaver.
