I have custom wildcard SSL certificate that I am trying to get to work with my plex server running on a Synology NAS. Here are the settings that i have right now:
Custom certificate location
/volume1/Common/Infrastructure/Encryption/domain-com.pfx
Custom certificate domain
*.domain.com
Custom server access URLs
https://myserver.domain.com:32400
However, it does not seem to be working - it is still using the plex.tv certificate.
The Plex.tv certificate is required for basic communication.
You cannot make a wildcard reference because PMS is a single host

I have lots of other web servers that use my wildcard certificate…
Are you saying that Plex is not compatible with wildcard certs?
Did you import the domain cert into PMS?
It is the required step otherwise PMS isn’t going to budge on anything.
