Plex folks keep closing requests like this and marking them as duplicates of this one:
[Implemented] Alias instead of plex.tv usernames
That one is marked as “implemented,” but it only appears to be implemented in the Android and iOS mobile apps. It’s not in Plex Web, or the Plex for Windows apps.
