A power surge during a storm took out my last server, and my backup system failed me. I decided to rebuild from scratch on Windows, and got that up and running today. However, whenever I restart the computer or start Plex Server, I am forced to view the Customize Your Media page (with the Finish Setup button). I can make my choices and press the button, but it will still come up again the next time, and it will not remember my prior choices.
This is very frustrating and 'm not sure at this point if the server is even functioning before completing this prompt. I’m a paid Plex Pass subscriber
for some time now. Please recommend a solution (and provide some direct support for paid subscribers!)
