Is there a way to select/deselect or customize what goes on the Home Page?
We can dream - but no, there isn’t.
The only thing that can be customized:
You can decide for every library you have, whether its content shall appear in any of the ‘hubs’ of the front page.
Edit the library,
go to the ‘Advanced’ tab
disable the ‘Include in dashboard’ check box
I really wish the “Include in Dashboard” this was more granular…
for example I want the shows to show up in the On Deck area, however, I don’t want to see all the Recently Added categories or maybe remove items that have been viewed from Recently Added Categories so they are not just your whole library backward.
I really wish we could add a category like Top 10 based on current Rotten Tomatoes ratings, or some other ratings…
how about the upcoming trailer for movies in the theatre…
I just think the home page area is just underutilized as there is a lot of things that don’t need to be displayed.
