Cutting off the end constantly

I am using my Fire TV for Plex player and I am trying to play any content on any server and it will play all the way through to about the last 10% and then cut off and mark it as watched.

If I reload the media and skip towards where it cuts off, it’ll cut off again and go back to show me all episodes.

If I manage to skip past the part it kicks me off then it will sometimes play to the end but it’s hard to get to that point as it usually just kicks me off when it hits that mark.

You have probably “Auto skip credits” activated in the playback experience settings.

Which you should only do if you have great confidence in the correctness of the credit detection of your server.

I thought that may be the case but it’s set as disabled.

Do you have other Plex client types to test with?
I’d like to confirm whether this is universally happening or if its exclusive to FireTV devices.

I have tested this on a few devices and it only happens on FireTV

(please confirm that it still exhibits the issue)

Independently, here is a test:
use the Web app to trigger an Analyze of the video which you are about to play.
Wait a few seconds, then play it on your FireTV.
Is the end still cut off?
