Ok so after being a Plex Pass customer for few years I finally received a thank you email for being a loyal customer as they put it. A discount off a subscription. Went to check it out and it apparently is only for NEW LOYAL customers? Seriously their loyalty to its customers is very poor. If another product comes out to use that offers same i’m jumping ship. Even a real thank you would be something. Yea those loyal new customers sure deserve a thank you. Geez thanks for thinking of us.
