Why no 25% discount for existing users?

I got an email “25% OFF SALE to celebrate our ten years”, but it’s only valid for new users!

Where is the love for the existing users?

All those years that I have supported and more importantly promoted the product to my students (I’m a teacher in IT at a community college) are worth nothing?

New users are more important? Well thx guys and girls and others!

Makes me feel disappointed.

Yes I have messaged Plex on this same topic if I don’t get access to a comparable offer I will be cancelling my subscription and going another provider application this is absolutely disgusting to say the least and I will also voice my displeasure to social media and my network of followers. I think for loyal paying plex pass members like us we should be the FIRST offered promotional deals!

I have paid 120$ for the lifetime subscription and did not get the 25% off. I just wan´t my money back and I am really pissed. I have paid 4.99 each month since 2014 and PLEX is cheating me now.

Yes agreed this is absolute bs and I am just at a loss for words that there is no shame in sending this mass mailout to us existing paying customers of what they are doing for their 10yr anniversary that DOES NOT APPLY to the existing loyal paying customers!!!

I have emailed as well -really disappointing that they are taking the piss and not offering even better deals to the people that actually pay them on a regular basis. I am taking my money elsewhere if they don’t come up with the goods.

Wtf!! I just came onto the forums since the Plex website is down as I was thinking of getting lifetime now… And I find out it’s only for new customers? FU Plex!

Agreed - I’ve been a paying member since 2016, and for that consistent support through those years, I have the opportunity to purchase a lifetime membership at…no discount. I’ve already spent more than the offer to new members.

It’s really a slap in the face to have no similar opportunity to other loyal members who have spent more supporting Plex for years.

Thanks Plex, for having no appreciation for your long term members.

100% agree. Was also paying monthly for few years now and was really interested in this offer. Instead, I have now cancelled and am looking elsewhere. Plex, stop screwing over your supporters!
