Dashboard "currently playing" empty

Hi, the dashboard on my server stopped showing what and who is currently playing content. I know this because I started streams on my TVs and mobiles and nothing is shown on the dashboard and yet everything plays just fine.

Is this a known issue? Nothing on my phone dashboard, nothing on the android app, nothing on the apple app, nothing on my laptop in dashboard. Just blank. Issue started today, worked before, I dodn’t change anything.

Somehow your server stopped being associated with your account.

  1. Sign out Plex/web in the browser
  2. Open an incognito window
  3. Open http://ip.address.of.syno:32400/web in that incognito window.
  4. It will want you to sign in and then you’ll reclaim it which brings it back into your account.

Hm, funny thing. I did nothing and it started working again after an hour or so.
