I’ve been using Plex for years without any problems. A few days ago, I decided to purchase a Plex Pass again—this time opting for the lifetime subscription. However, I’ve noticed an issue: when my parents are watching content, the Plex Dash app on my iPhone (and other platforms) shows “Nothing is currently being played,” even though the bandwidth graph indicates activity. I confirmed with my parents, and they are indeed streaming content.
My previous Plex Pass subscription expired a few months ago, and this issue only started after I upgraded to the lifetime plan. I’m unsure if this is due to a change in Plex or something else affecting this feature. For reference, I’m running Plex Media Server v.1.41.2 on Synology DSM 7.1.1.
Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated!
