Hitting the Home icon a bunch of times usually works, but not always
I see the same. Clicking on the slider in the upper-right causes the dashboard to appear.

Are you all using alpha/beta versions of web browsers?
Which web browsers are you using?
Is anyone using a Retina screen?

There are 5 different Plex apps on Windows.
Same thing here.
I am using Google Chrome Version 62.0.3202.29
I am on Plex Version 1.9.1.4272
Funny enough is that the Recently Added Photos appear if I scroll to the bottom of the ‘empty dashboard’. Everything else only appears after clicking the slider as already mentioned.
Plex migrated to React before they knew how to use the library. Now we have this ever-growing monster.
