I am using Plex Version 3.2.1 and for the past couple of days i am facing issue with the plex dashboard using chrome browser.
Even on server and on clients devices the dashboard on chrome only shows recently added television nothing else while before it was showing recently added movies and On Deck, Continue Watching, recently added movies and Television but not any more. Although on Firefox it works fine.
Does anybody know how to fix this
Thanks
Did you find a solution for this? My plex is behaving the same way.
From looking at the post here it seems it’s down to Chrome v62. It looks like it began with the beta version and is still there lurking in the background. I’m pretty certain it’s down to the browser since the problem with Dashboard loading but nothing being displayed happened at exactly the same time when I was looking at two PMS’s I have, one on a NAS and one on a Raspberry Pi3. Then when I used Safari, hey presto, everything was back to normal. I also tend to blame Chrome as the PMS version on my NAS is different to that on the RPi 3. I guess the NAS people don’t update PMS unless they think the change is significant.
I am DEFINITELY experiencing this with Chrome and it’s frustrating. I’ve Downgraded Chrome twice and if ALWAYS seems to RE-Upgrade itself, and MISSING DASHBOARD until re-sizing once again.
Does anyone have a good way to Downgrade Chrome and make it stick?
Thanks,
Erik
