same issue here, tried repairing the database didn’t work. Windows Server 2016, plex server 1.9.0.4252

Arch Linux, plex-media-server-plexpass 1.9.0.4252-1
Same on Windows 10
Dashboard missing after upgrade
Having this issue as well. Seemly happened after last update.
Update: It works for me on one computer (Linux, Chrome 62.0.3202.18) that is remote, and fails on another computer (Linux, Chrome 62.0.3202.18, local LAN), but works on a third computer (Windows, Chrome 61.0.3163.91).
It’s definitely a local cache / profile problem of some sort, because with the same browser I launched a new profile, logged into my plex server, and the dashboard displays fine. However, I’ve tried clearing cache, clearing cookies, clearing local app data, nothing seems to fix it on my local browser/profile.
Very strange …
Same problem here. Dashboards fail to load on the web app [Version 62.0.3202.18 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)]. Seems ok on Android.

Same Problem. There is the only music library is appeared at the bottom of dashboard scroll.
In addition, still same problem after the upgrade from 1.9.0 to 1.9.1
I deleted my entire google chrome data folder today (this is “easy” for me, because I use Google Sync). After creating the fresh profile and logging into Plex, the dashboard appears properly. Restored my old profile; dashboard gone again.
I’ve done the Google Chrome “delete all cached files” “delete all cookies” “delete hosted app data” and the problem persists. It also happens in “Incognito Mode”, which is supposed to ignore this stuff.
Anyway, the problem seems to be something stored in the local environment, but I’m at a loss to explain what, or why the normal “clear stored data” stuff isn’t working…

If you touch this slider, the dashboard appears.
But I have to do every time I load the page.
I do not understand what the problem might be.

Are you guys using an alpha/beta version as your web browser?
If so, try with a regular build.
@OttoKerner I’ve already stated that the same (beta version) browser works properly if I delete my profile first. The Chrome beta and release browsers use different profile folders, so switching from beta to release will also “fix” the problem, but it’s not a useful experiment.

Oooh, fascinating.
Clicking on the slider doesn’t work; I have to physically drag it for the dashboard to appear. And like you I have to do it every time I relaunch the client.
same with the slider
im using Chrome v62.0.3202.29 beta 64bit on Win7 64
Tried clicking the slider last night. Yep, that brings back the content for some reason. Weird.
Dashboard missing on Chrome Version 63.0.3218.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit).
…clicking on the slider brings it back for that session?!?
Works fine in Safari Version 11.0 (12604.1.38.1.7)
Just started running into this problem myself. Very aggravating.
problem resolved in the version 1.9.2.4285
