Dashboard features not working anymore

I am having issues with the Plex dashboard features not tracking bandwidth, Top Users or Play History. I did a fresh install of my plex server on a Netgear Nighthawk x10 (r9000) router. Prior to doing the fresh install these features did work on the same router. I did the fresh install due to a corruption to my database I couldnt figure out and found it to be an easier solution to just scrap the server and start from scratch. I took a scorched earth approach and re-formatted the hard drive (I have a back up hard drive with my media files on it), which prompted plex to go through a fresh install as if it was the first time it started up. The server works great now, but these features stopped working.

Bandwidth shows live usages, but does not seem to be storing any data. When I look back to anything other than live the charts are blank.

Top Users shows that no one has watched anything.

Play History shows 36 seconds have been played back on tv, but everything else is blank.

Currently playing works as it always has. So does Top Played.

I am running plex version 1.14.1.5488. My router has the option selected to automatically keep the plex server up to date and shows there are no updates available. I am a plex pass subscriber, so the features should be available to me.

I have been looking through the options and don’t see an option to have these tracked. Has anyone else had a similar issue or suggestions to remedy this issue? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Same issue here. Any luck fixing it?

If you go to https://app.plex.tv/web > dashboard does it not show up?

Just noticed he was running 1.14.1.5488, AFAIK you need to be on 1.15.2+

The dashboard will show and any active usage but the history is blank. Last 30 days as you can see below but recently it stopped recording history so likely in 20 days the 30 days will be blank as well

Version 1.16.0.1226

I’ll have to look when I get home, last time I checked it was there but I’m not on netgear so that would seem to be the relative data point.

Sorry. I should have clarified. I am not on a netgear. I am running off of a QNAP.
