Hey I’m a Plex Pass member but my dashboard is not showing bandwidth, cpu usage, or any data at all. Please help. Also in the movie section my Collection are not showing up at the top of the screen.
Thanks!

Try using https://app.plex.tv/desktop.
Edit: Various stats require minimum versions of PMS & Plex Web. Server dashboard real-time RAM graph requires PMS 1.15.3 & Plex Web 3.95.1.
The version of Plex Web distributed with PMS always lags behind the hosted version at plex.tv. Depending on what version is included with your PMS, you may need to use the hosted version to see all the stats, graphs, etc.
I’m still having the same problem.
If I can provide a little more info. I’m currently using Plex on my apple tv and a few other devices. but all of my media (movies) is stored on my WD My Cloud Home, so Plex is pulling the media from there. I used to use my MacBook Pro with a WD external hard drive attached and watch Plex on my Apple TV and other devices that way. I never had these issues before.
And just to reiterate, when I go back to using my WD External Hard Drive connected to my MacBook Pro, these things don’t happen.
Please help. Thanks!
Gabe
