I have a friend watching a movie from my Plex server and it does not appear in the dashboard. Is this a glitch? So far it only seems to happen with his account when he watches movies. He can watch movies just fine but my Plex Dashboard shows no trace of his connection.
After checking the logs, I can see the user in the log, I can also see the outgoing bandwidth spikes in the dashboard graph, but there is no activity shown.
