Extended dashboard not showing / Plex Dash issues

So I just signed up for a Plex pass to get the extended dashboard information, with the intention to monitor resource usage, but for some reason the dashboard in the web app looks unchanged, while it shows the ad “Want more data?” in the desktop app:

If I use the mobile Plex Dash it looks better, but I still don’t see any of the plots (they remain empty).

Anything I can do to troubleshoot? I’m running media server on Linux with local and remote access. Plex dash app is on iOS.

Give the information that you now have a PP a bit of time to propagate to all your clients and server(s).
You may be able to speed it up by stopping and restarting them (or sign out and sign in of the plex account).

Yeah so, it didn’t fix itself. I had to restart the plexmediaserver service manually. Now it works though!
