Dashboard not showing activity on some users?

Server Version#: 1.24.3.5033
Player Version#: Chromecast

Hi guys.

One user of mine got a new Chromecast , and after that, I cant see the user activity for that person anymore? I googled the issue and it seems to be a common problem time to time? Is there anything I can do to “reset” the system so I can see the user again?
Not even Tautuli see the user anymore.
