No activity showing on dashboard and functionality issues

Player Version#: 4.53.0, Playstation, iOS and Android players too

Recently discovered a strange problem with plex. I’ve been having issues connecting to the web interface when connecting locally or remotely on top of that, I have noticed that plex no longer displays what’s playing on the server, though it does show the network traffic for a time.
I reverted back to older versions (back to 1.22.1.4228) and the issue still exists.
Turned off hardware transcoding and the issue still exists
Plex Dash doesn’t want to connect at all, infact once i tried to connect the dashboard with plex dash the web interface will no longer load any statistics and then stopped connecting altogether. Restarted plex server and turned off AV/Firewall and still no difference.

I could be wrong, but I think that’s a Pass feature. Are you logged in with your Pass account?

Yes, it’s the only account I have and I have a lifetime membership.
