DEACTIVATE "burn in" subtitles as a server option

Hello dear Plex Community!

I need the option to disable burned-in subtitles. Please give us a server option where we can disable it for transcodes! You need a UFO PC to transcode 4K HDR with subtitles to clients who have no subtitle support (PS4 as a prominent example What media formats are supported? | Plex Support).

Two streams are not possible at all with a 3700X and RTX 2080 in a current Ubuntu. Although the hardware is not fully utilized, it stutters and buffers sometimes in one stream and sometimes in the other stream. Only one stream is possible at the moment but with 60% cpu and up to 25% gpu load.

Yes, in the clients you can partially set something about the subtitles, but I think that this should be a function of the server administrator, since he is the master of the hardware and should therefore prevent such heavy load. We should be able to decide for ourselves about such an important setting.

2x 4K with PGS burn in - HDR to SDR @ 1080p with CPU and GPU

2x 4K with PGS burn in - HDR to SDR @ 1080p ONLY with CPU

The option for no burn in at 4K would be enough for me. I would be happy if you could take a look at the topic. Thank you dear Plex team!
