Dead libraries I removed access to from servers I have deleted are still showing up in the library hub in the new Roku app. I try to delete them and they don’t delete.
This happened to me when the app updated. I did a few things all at once, so I’m not sure which fixed it.
Try running Clean Bundles and Optimize Database (both located in the web app at Server Settings > Manage > Troubleshooting), and reset the app on your Roku device.
I feel like I might have done one other thing, but I don’t recall what that was.
I have tried all of those suggestions. The strangest thing is it’s not happening on my administrator account but it’s happening to every other account, accounts in my Plex Home and remotely accessed accounts. When I try to remove/unpin a dead library from those accounts it just reappears in the hub. These are libraries from servers I unauthorized a long time ago. And this didn’t happen until some time after the new Roku app rolled out.
Solved. Turns out I left an old Nvidia Shield ‘Server’ plugged in long after I decided it was a terrible server. Even though I deleted it from my authorized devices it must have retained all the old servers and libraries and the recent changes must’ve triggered something. Soon as I disconnected it and rebooted my active servers the issue was resolved… Long story short, don’t use a Nvidia Shield as a server. It makes a good client though.
