My roku box show several old libraries on plex media servers that don’t exist anymore . How can I delete them?
Open Plex/Web and go to Plex Settings > Authorised Devices > Server (click on All > Server) and delete any entries except the most recent entry for your server/s.
Restart your server and Roku’s etc. and the old servers should be gone.
You may also need to remove the old ‘pinned’ menu items in the Roku Plex app.
If you have the latest Plex app on the Roku, then you may need to click on Libraries > Library name (top left of window) and remove any old libraries from the Favourite Libraries list.
Hi,
I restarted my NAS server and the Roku box . I had already removed the authorized devices.
The old servers are still showing on that one roku box.
“If you have the latest Plex app on the Roku, then you may need to click on Libraries > Library name (top left of window) and remove any old libraries from the Favourite Libraries list.”
My roku at the very top of screen I have “libraries” this is where the old ones show up. Where is what you describe? dont see “Favorite Libraries” just the horizontal list of all of them.
click on Libraries > Library name (top left of window)
That means click on Libraries, then click on the name of one of your libraries and it should take you to the Favourite Library list.
I am assuming it is similar to the Android Plex app of course.
