Roku is completely broken

Plex is completely dead on my Roku devices.

Server Version#: 1.42.1.10060 (up to date)
Player Version#: 8.6, build 4 (most up to date)
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

Same here. Someone suggested going into settings > experience> change default library view to browse but that didn’t work for me.

Works fine on my LG TV built in WebOS app but now Roku is dead.

I got mine working. Had to hit the 3 verticle dots and then picking the library again. Then if you go back it breaks between libraries and you have to hit the 3 dots and pick it again.

The key is selecting the heart and making it a favorite. Then it will load your library. Go back and highlight one that doesn’t work and hit the * button on your Roku remote and remove the ones that don’t work.

I’m having the same issue. Sorry you are but I’m glad it’s not just me, it’s more likely to be fixed.

Hi all! This can happen when the the plex provided sources (things like On Demand and Discover) are turned off and the server owner has no promoted hubs to the home screen. To promote some, make sure you have some libraries favorited and the server owner needs to promote some to home (screenshot is from app.plex.tv in the server management Manage Libraries tab)

Once these two things are done you should see content here again! We also just released an updated version that should show some better messaging here to make this a bit clearer.

Feel free to respond if you try the above steps and it still isn’t showing anything here. I guess it might also be good to confirm that when you navigate to the Libraries option that you can see and browse your libraries as well.
