Deal Zone on Live TV: Error code: h4 (Not Supported)

When I try to watch the Deal Zone channel in the Web application’s Live TV listings, I am greeted with the following message:

Error code: h4 (Not Supported)

I do not experience this on any other Live TV channel through the Web app (so far), and it only started doing this to me a month or two ago. Is this a content provider issue? Is it happening to anyone else? I put in a ticket to Plex Support a while ago, which I’m sure they promptly chucked into the bit bucket.

Since this is not content that I have control of, then it may just be a situation where I’m boned until whomever handles that content on Plex’s side takes notice and does something.

Any help and external data points would be great, and much appreciated!

Sorry for mis-posting / mis-categorizing this! I found a Google / Reddit post that linked directly to the other forum for this error, without knowing that this error is more commonly a problem for user-provided content (hence the wrong forum). Thanks for moving it!
