Plex loading indefinitely when 2 files for the same movie

Hello guys, I would like to share a problem I had for a long time…

It’s happening only for movies that have 1080p and 4k file, so 2 file for the same movie.
Also it’s happening only when I use the button “play”, because when use “…” → “Play the version” → “4k” then it’s working
–>so if I’m using the button “play the version”, everything is working

What happen is that Plex is loading indefinitely depending on what audio I choose. It’s happening on all android TV, all iOS and Android devices, but not on Plex app for windows or Mac.

So the client on android, IOS or adnroid TV is broken for some audio…
It’s working or not only depending on the audio…

Can you please look at the server settings and let is know. We don’t know if you are running the standard or the Plex Pass beta one. (which many run without realizing)
