Dedicated Server not Functioning

I purchased a dedicated Windows server in the USA with a dedicated IPv4 IP. The whole point of this was to have 24/7 uptime without using my highpowered PC which is a lawnmower in the night when running.

After installing and logging on to my Plex account when I attempt to access the admin panel of the Plex server app I get this error:

Not authorized

You do not have access to this server.

You may be able to claim it by choosing “Open Plex…” from the Plex menu in the macOS menu bar or Windows system tray. For more troubleshooting tips, see our support article.

I have tried so many things to make it work. The port is open, etc. Don’t understand why it doesnt work.
